Our golf game with Paul Chong on Wednesday 27th April at the Kelab Golf Seri Selangor (also known as Kelab Golf Sini Sana) has several significant "firsts" to our lives. Firstly, this is Paul's first golf game in Malaysia and also his first game with his 2 exemplary students (one from A1 and one from A2) and this is also my first golf outing with the Greg Norman of Malaysia (see the photos for the clue).
Despite the wet ground (due to the heavy rains on Tuesday night), we completed the 9 holes in just over 2 hours with Paul, 73 walking the nine holes most of the time. He was stronger than we thought. The weather was perfect that morning (we prayed very hard for it).After we rested enough, we adjourned for some Ipoh "yong tow foo"...courtesy the Greg Norman of Malaysia.
