| The Finale! Two days ago, the 2 boys that we were fostering were discusing menus with my boss.....what to eat for buka,etc..so Kat asked them whether they have eaten roast duck........they were so thrilled with the idea.....so they set about buying the ingredients and on the 8th, Kat taught them how to prepare the ingredients and the various steps involved....they actually prepared the duck as you can see from the photos......and it turned out extremely superb......we had it for dinner last nite and for sahur this morning at 5.00 am.......no kidding you Story & Pictures by Master Yee Secrets Revealed by Sifu |
